I love painting murals for kids and schools!
I have painted several murals for kids and schools throughout the Atlanta area. Below are a few of the projects that I have done for various schools and kids' healthcare facilities.
Grin and Company Pediatric Dentistry
I designed and painted several custom wall murals for Grin and Company Pediatric Dentistry in Acworth, GA. The murals are located in the three treatment rooms, and feature a whimsical tooth fairy garden theme. I worked closely with the client to select colors and imagery that worked well with her brand and interior design scheme.
Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities
I had the honor to design and paint a mural at the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House. The mural was painted inside one of their indoor playscapes, and was designed it to look like an airport runway to complement the theme of the play space.
It was fun seeing it all come together!
Frey Elementary School
This mural is located in the library at Frey Elementary School in Acworth, GA. My daughter attends this school, so she was able to help me paint the mural. It was so fun for us to work together!
Northwood Elementary School
I was commissioned to design and paint a series of murals throughout the bathrooms at Northwood Elementary School in Roswell, Georgia. Each set of murals has a theme based on nature and how it relates to the hallway themes designated by school staff members. The school murals also contain positive affirmations painted backwards that the students can read while looking at themselves in the mirror. This was one of my largest projects to date and was so much fun!
Power Box Murals - Toomer Elementary School
I collaborated with 5th graders at Toomer Elementary School in Atlanta, GA on two community mural projects. I gave the students a prompt and then asked them to draw pictures to give me ideas for the mural designs.
There are two of these located in the Kirkwood neighborhood in Atlanta - one from 2024 and on from 2025.
Haynes Bridge Middle School
I designed and painted several murals in the student bathrooms at Haynes Bridge Middle School in Roswell, GA. The murals are bright and colorful and contain uplifting phrases for the kids to read while they look at themselves in the mirror.
